At Ethrova, we offer secure and convenient payment options for your jewellery purchase.

We currently accept:

• Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay and other supported cards.
• UPI: Pay securely using UPI through supported payment apps.
• Net Banking: Available through participating Indian banks.
• Digital Wallets & Other Payment Options: Available where supported at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery: Available on eligible products, locations and orders, where offered at checkout.

All online payments are processed through our secure payment gateway. Ethrova does not store your complete card details.

Payment Security

Your payment information is transmitted through secure, encrypted payment infrastructure.

For your protection, Ethrova may conduct additional verification for selected orders.

If a payment is unsuccessful but the amount has been debited from your account, please contact us with your order details. We will help you resolve the issue with the payment provider.

Shipping & Delivery

Every Ethrova order is carefully packed and dispatched from India with attention to the security and presentation of your jewellery.

Where We Ship

India

We currently offer complimentary, fully insured shipping across serviceable locations in India through our logistics partners, at no extra cost and with no minimum order value.

Availability and delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and courier serviceability.

International Shipping

International shipping may be introduced for selected destinations as Ethrova expands globally.

Where international shipping is available, applicable shipping charges, duties, taxes and delivery terms will be displayed during checkout or communicated before dispatch.

Estimated Delivery

Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days of dispatch, displayed at checkout and may vary based on:

• Delivery location
• Product availability
• Order verification
• Courier serviceability
• Public holidays
• Unforeseen logistics delays

Orders are generally processed after successful payment and order verification.

Please note: Delivery estimates are indicative and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

For personalised, made-to-order or special-request pieces, additional processing time may apply and will be communicated on the respective product page.

Delivery Partners

Ethrova works with trusted logistics and courier partners to deliver your jewellery safely across India.

Depending on the destination, order type and serviceability, your parcel may be shipped through one of our logistics partners.

The courier assigned to your order may vary and is selected based on serviceability, delivery requirements and operational considerations.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the applicable tracking information.

Jewellery Packaging

Every Ethrova jewellery order is prepared with care.

Your jewellery is securely packed to help protect it during transit and presented in Ethrova packaging.

For selected products or collections, additional packaging may be included.

Please retain your packaging after delivery, as it may be useful for:

• Safe jewellery storage
• Returns or exchanges
• Warranty claims
• Future servicing

Parcel Security

Your jewellery is packed securely before dispatch.

For high-value orders, Ethrova may apply additional verification or delivery-security measures.

We recommend that you:

• Provide an accurate delivery address.
• Use an address where someone can receive the parcel safely.
• Check the package condition at the time of delivery.
• Do not share OTPs or payment credentials with unauthorised individuals.
• Never make additional payments to a courier agent unless the amount is explicitly authorised by Ethrova.

Important

Ethrova will never ask you to share:

• Your card PIN
• UPI PIN
• Internet banking password
• CVV
• One-time password for any purpose other than the authorised transaction

If you receive a suspicious payment request claiming to be from Ethrova, please contact us through our official customer-care channel before making any payment.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address, mobile number and email address are correct before completing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the delivery address may not always be possible.

Ethrova cannot be responsible for delays resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

At the Time of Delivery

Please inspect the outer packaging when you receive your parcel.

If the package appears:

• Opened
• Severely damaged
• Tampered with
• Wet or visibly compromised

please document the condition with photographs or video before opening, where possible, and contact Ethrova Customer Care as soon as possible.

This documentation may be requested while investigating a transit-related issue.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared through the contact details provided during checkout.

You can use the tracking information to follow your shipment's progress.

If your tracking information has not updated for an unusual period, please contact our Customer Care team.
